Team 8

ON-SITE COACHING COHORT in round table setting for pastors who pastor in the same attendance category. This group meets for 8 months. A small group of just 8 pastors and Dr. Bryan Cutshall will be meeting monthly for 2 hours. Each church in the cluster should be in the same church size category.

ONE HOUR of coaching/mentoring

We will teach you how to build healthy systems in your church and allow you to grow. The other hour is a mentoring/coaching session.
