Using a Digital Envelope. What I like about easy tithe is that you can have as many funds/campaigns as you need. It is literally a digital tithing envelope. You can set up for tithe, general fund, students, children, women, men, missions and other ministries within our church just a like you would see on a tithe envelope. You can edit those funds at any time in a matter of seconds so if the Pastor feels the need to receive a special offering one morning you can easily add that specific fund to the list in a matter of seconds and people can give specifically to that need.
Text the word “GIVE” feature. They have a mobile application for iOS and one is in development for android. You can use the text to give function at special events like concerts or big events with a ton of guests that really don’t care where the funds go specifically such as tithe or missions. You cannot choose a specific fund or campaign to give to when you text. It just goes straight into your bank account and the donor cannot request where those funds are intended to go.
Getting reports are simple from the website. You can log in at any time and see the deposits made into your church’s account. This is a growing trend for the church and I would encourage every church to seek out some kind of mobile giving option.
