We have entered my favorite time of the year, we call it the Holiday season. The word holiday is a derivative from two words: holy and days. We start our holy days with Thanksgiving, then celebrate the birth of Jesus at Christmas and conclude with a celebration of the New Year and the many promises a new and fresh season brings. This season is filled with hope, promise, joy, peace, family, celebrations and love. Christmas is the only time of the year that you can hear songs about Jesus being played on every radio station in the country, whether Christian or secular. Every mall and department store will play songs about Jesus and you will hear His name over and over as your shop. The word Christmas, comes from two words: Christ and mass. In this season of the year, you will see the word Christ displayed all over the country. The word Christ means, savior or messiah and redeemer of mankind. No wonder so many people get saved during the holy days. It is one of the best and easiest times of the year to witness. I wrote my Christmas book, The Legacy of Christmas, to explain the many Christian traditions of Christmas and later I wrote a children’s book called What Does Christmas Mean Daddy, to explain it on a child’s level. I pray that your holy days are filled with love, joy, peace, hope and love
