How long is each training video?
Each training video is approximately 30 to 40 minutes long.
What is the delivery format for each video?
The videos are housed on a private server. You will be able to access them on your computer by clicking on the link. You cannot download the video, you can only view it. You may need to mirror your computer in order to show it on a larger screen. The process is very similar to YouTube, Netflix or Vimeo videos.
How long do I have access to a video that I RENT?
You can access the training video for 72 hours.
How long can I access a video that I PURCHASE?
There is no limit, it is your property. You will need to create a user name and password to login. Simply use that login information to access your video at any time from any location.
How can I use the training video?
We suggest you use it for personal training, staff training, leadership training and church training.
Will Church Trainer keep a record of my login information
We do not keep those records, it will be your responsibility to record your selected user name and password. We only have the ability to reset your password upon request. You can also use the “lost your password” link on the login page if you need to reset your password.
How often do new videos post?
New videos are being created all the time. We suggest you sign up for our newsletter and e-blast to keep up with new videos.
Are the videos Mac friend and PC friendly?
Yes, you can view these videos from any laptop, tablet or smart phone.
